What it is

Suitable for companies with at least some international patent applications, I offer a mainly payment-on-success international Patent Marketing & Licensing service. You pay a monthly fee, and I market your patents for you (even during technology development and patent pending stage).

This is likely to appeal to new technology companies and their investors, because I act as your patent sales and marketing arm for A LOT less than the cost of a highly skilled and globally experienced full-time patent marketer like myself. This is possible, because most of my fee is conditional on success. This is how it works:

PROPOSITION 1
IF your new invention (or invention-under-development) has clear competitive advantage, at least strong pending international patents, and substantial global potential ... I will consider marketing your patent for you.

PROPOSITION 2
If I take your invention on, I postpone most of my financial reward - and make it CONDITIONAL on you receiving actual income streams from those companies I directly engage with on your behalf.

So, no income streams from my activities ... no success payment to me.

Keep your startup budget for development and patent costs, yet still get your customers primed and ready-to-go ... as soon As You Are.
